Push Day this is where we really focus Upper Chest and Shoulders👀 My favorite way to work shoulders is to overload them until failure. I often say To Failure And Then Some basically you know you have a little more reps in you so pick the weight back up after failure and give me some half reps if you have to✊🏼

Ideally 5-6 days per week (2 push, 2 Pull, 1 leg, 1 calisthenics days)
Focus: Building a Wide back, wide upper chest and defined shoulders and legs 🕷️ Lets work!

Steps to attaining your ideal body🕷️
Step 1 - ID your goal you can set this as unrealistic or realistic as possible for instance, on my journey I chose 2 fictional characters, Baki Hanma & Spiderman 2099 pictured below ⬇️
We do this so we know what kind of workouts we need to do in order to develop our bodies like that. Baki and Spiderman both have well developed back muscles (primarily Lats) puffed Upper chest and wide shoulders

Hi guys 😅 you can call me Rome 🕷️ I have been working out for about 7 years and i have collected a bunch of knowledge that i would love to share with beginners or even experienced gym goers!
